When you sign up, your account is in client mode by default. You can search for freelancers by their services and request custom offers from them. Once a freelancer accepts your request, you proceed with the payment, and the order officially starts.

We use Stripe for secure payments. You can pay using a credit or debit card. A 3.2% payment processing fee and a 1.8% platform fee will be applied to your payment.

If both the client and freelancer agree to cancel an order, the client will receive a refund within:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
• Bank Debits (ACH, SEPA, etc.): 3–5 business days

After an order is successfully completed, the freelancer's earnings will be available in 6 days. Freelancers must link their Payoneer account to withdraw funds. A 10% platform fee is deducted from their earnings, along with a 1% withdrawal fee.

If any issues arise, you can:

• Use the support section to contact our support team.
• Report an issue directly on the order page by filling out the "Report Issue" form. Our support team will review and help resolve the situation.

After an order is completed or canceled, both the client and freelancer can leave a review for each other based on their experience.
