Welcome to Ahsanix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ahsanix website and related services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ahsanix.
Ahsanix is an online platform that allows clients to discover freelancers and contact them directly. We do not employ freelancers, do not manage projects, and are not a party to agreements made between users.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ahsanix. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your login credentials or misuse the platform.
You agree not to use Ahsanix for unlawful activities, spam, fraud, impersonation, or abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Any communication, agreement, pricing, deliverables, or payments arranged between clients and freelancers occur directly between those parties. Ahsanix does not guarantee outcomes, quality of work, or completion of services.
Certain services may involve payments processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Ahsanix does not store your payment details and is not responsible for payment disputes between users.
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy. Since agreements are made directly between users, refund decisions may depend on the circumstances of each case.
All platform content, branding, and software belong to Ahsanix or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own content but grant Ahsanix permission to display it on the platform.
Ahsanix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for a specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahsanix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, paid directly to Ahsanix.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if these Terms are violated or if we believe continued access may cause harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Ahsanix means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
